Raymond Treasure, Real Estate Sales Consultant, Access Property Investments Limited, Kingston, Jamaica

I am a Jamaica Real Estate Professional with a dedication and focus on my clients. I practice real estate full time, have a keen knowledge of the market and a background in banking and mortgage financing.
I work expeditiously on behalf of my clients to help you find Jamaica Real Estate for Sale, Rent or lease at the best price for your budget. If you are selling your property, I can help you with a market analysis based on recent sales in your area and market your property to find you a qualified buyer.

With my extensive network of past and present clients, contacts and leads, I can make it a win/win
situation for all.

I worked as an experienced banker for 38 years at Scotiabank Jamaica. Beginning my career as a teller, I went on to be a Retail Banker with Islandwide responsibilities and Branch Manager at several locations.

In 1996, I was charged with running the relatively new Scotia Jamaica Building Society and building the now successful arm of the Scotiabank Jamaica group. I led the team as General Manager until 2003.

In 2004 after successfully completing a Certificate course in Project Management and the Real Estate Salesman course, I joined Access Property Investments Limited as a Sales Consultant.

I was born and raised in Kingston and am a proud Kingston College ‘Old Boy’. I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the Whitfield All Age School and community boards such as the Belgrade Heights Citizen’s Association where I previously served as President for several years.

I am a Justice of the Peace for the parish of Kingston. I volunteer my time in several church endeavours such as publishing the annual Easter Fair program and facilitating Youth Choir meetings and rehearsals. I am married with 4 children and am a sports enthusiast.
